Description: Blood vessels were regenerated in stroke lesion site of brain. The blood vessels were stained by Reca-1 with red, neurons with green by beta III tubulin and blue for nuclei by DAPI.

Rat Brain Tissue

This whole picture is combined by about 1250 pictures of 100X.

The specimen was processed by immunohistochemistry.

The red is blood vessels, green for neurons and blue for nuclei.

The blood vessels were regenerated in the lesion sites of brain tissue by our unique bioengineering approach.
